Returns (wrong item & damaged item or faulty item)
We are sure that you'll love your new home office setup but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.
Returns & Replacements:
- If you receive a damaged or faulty item, it must be reported and returned within 14 days of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement.
- To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item.
Note: We need proof to be eligible for refund or replacement
- Returns or replacement requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Important Notes:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
- Please retain your proof of purchase as it may be required for processing returns.

Shipping fees for return: will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please email us at admin@growmemelb.com with photos of the defect, damage on the product and packaging for us to assess the issue.
You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Please note: only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
Damage or Defects
Please kindly contact us with images of the defective item and we will advise on a case by case basis. If part of the item is easily repairable we will guide you through how to fix it, otherwise we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days.
