Shipping


Your order will be couriered directly to you from our warehouse.

The address keyed in at time of order will be the address that will appear on the shipping slip. Please carefully check your address is correct as a re-delivery fee may be charged if the address is incorrect.
 
Due to the size of our products we cannot send to PO Box addresses. 

Note: If your order contains multiple items and one of the products is out of stock, we will hold the entire order and ship it all together once the out-of-stock item becomes available

If you prefer not to wait, we can offer available alternatives. 


Tiered Australia Wide Flat Rate Shipping rates below:
- $6 for small satchels 
- 15 for Single Moodyboards or items up to 5kg
- $25 for Orders weighing 6-10kg (2 Moodyboards plus small items) 
- $50 for Orders over 10kg 


Tiered New Zealand Wide Flat Rate Shipping rates below:
- $35 for Orders up to 5kg (Single Moodyboard plus small items) 
- $65 for orders above 5kg

We can provide a shipping quote for you - Please kindly email us at admin@growmemelb.com with your mailing address and email address for us to provide this. 


You will be sent confirmation of shipping and will be able to track your delivery via link provided.

We will do our best to send items in one lot, however there may be times where items may be shipped separately due to size of items or stock availability. 

The courier will be able to leave the parcel in a suitable place if you are not home (please let us know if this doesn't work for you immediately after purchasing and we can arrange a signed for delivery).

We also offer pick up from our warehouse for Melbourne residents.




Delivery Time


Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the order. The shipping time would depend on your location and will be advised by the courier company you select at checkout. Metro area shipping usually takes 4-5 business days and rural areas may take up to 15 business days. 



Returns (wrong item & damaged item or faulty item)

We are sure that you'll love your new home office setup but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase.

Returns & Replacements:

  • If you receive a damaged or faulty item, it must be reported and returned within 14 days of receiving the item to qualify for a replacement.
  • To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the damaged or faulty item. 

    Note: We need proof to be eligible for refund or replacement

  • Returns or replacement requests made after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Once we receive your return request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or replacements that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
  • Please retain your proof of purchase as it may be required for processing returns.

Shipping fees for return: will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please email us at admin@growmemelb.com with photos of the defect, damage on the product and packaging for us to assess the issue. 

You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.

Please note: only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damage or Defects

Please kindly contact us with images of the defective item and we will advise on a case by case basis. If part of the item is easily repairable we will guide you through how to fix it, otherwise we would be happy to provide an exchange or refund within 14 days.
