Liquid Chalk Tips & Care
- Ink erases best once dry. Avoid spraying water or cleaner directly on the chalk; instead, spray on a cloth and wipe clean.
- For stubborn marks, use a lint-free damp cloth or magic eraser.
- Store markers standing up with caps on, and keep them out of direct sunlight.
- If ink is runny, shake the marker to mix pigment. If you don't hear the rattle, tap the end of the marker gently to dislodge it.
- For new surfaces, do a spot test by applying a small dot and letting it dry before erasing.
- Liquid chalk works on non-porous surfaces like glass, whiteboards, metal, and mirrors, but is permanent on porous surfaces like chalkboard paint or paper.
To clean your Moodyboard, simply use a lint-free damp cloth or a magic eraser to wipe away any chalk marks. Avoid spraying water or cleaning products directly onto the board; instead, apply them to the cloth. For tougher marks, gently scrub with the cloth or eraser. Always store the board away from direct sunlight to preserve its quality.
Yes, the Moodyboard can be easily wall-mounted! It comes with brackets at the back for secure hanging. Depending on your wall type, you may need specific anchors or screws. If you have any questions about installation, feel free to ask us at admin@growmemelb.com
We recommend using chalk pens for the best results on the Moodyboard. However, with any writing surface, if the markings are left on for too long, they may leave ghosting.

For optimal performance, clean the surface regularly.

If you've ordered the wrong product, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Provide your order details, and they will guide you through the process for exchanges or returns. We'll do our best to ensure you're happy with your purchase!

Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

We are sure that you'll love your new home office setup, but if for some reason you’re not completely happy we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions of Return:
All products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.
Please email us at admin@growmemelb.com with photos of the defect, damage on the product and packaging for us to assess the issue.

You will be responsible for return postage costs or exchange postage costs. We will arrange the collection and shipping for you and once your return is received and inspected, your refund (less any shipping costs) will be automatically applied to your original method of payment, within 3 working days.
