Thank you for shopping with Growme! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order during our Black Friday Sale.

1. Sale Period & Offer

  • The Growme Black Friday 2026 Sale commences on 5 November 2026.

  • Enjoy 20% OFF eligible products during the promotional period.

  • New arrivals, including our newly launched stationery collection, and gift cards are excluded from the promotion.

  • All promotional offers are subject to stock availability.

2. All Sales Are Final

All Black Friday sale purchases are final for change-of-mind purposes. Please order carefully

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including your product selection, colours, quantities and shipping details.

Due to the high volume of orders received during our Black Friday Sale, we cannot guarantee cancellations, amendments or changes once an order has been placed.

Our customer service team may also take longer than usual to respond to enquiries during this busy period. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

These conditions do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, refunds and exchanges for change of-mind are not accepted on Black Friday sale purchases.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team via email with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the affected item

All claims will be reviewed and assessed individually. We may request further information to assist with the assessment.

No change of minds.
Returns is only applicable on faulty and damaged items.

Proofs help us assess claims but do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

4. Order Accuracy & Shipping Addresses

All orders are processed using the shipping address and customer information provided at checkout.

Please ensure your name, delivery address, postcode, contact number and email address are accurate before completing your purchase.

Due to the high volume of orders during the sale, we cannot guarantee that requests to amend shipping addresses or order details can be accommodated.

Where changes are possible, an additional handling fee and any applicable shipping or redelivery charges may apply. These fees will be communicated before the requested changes are made.

Once an order has been dispatched, changes to the shipping address may no longer be possible.

Growme is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where required by applicable consumer law.

5. Stock Availability & Out-of-Stock Items

All Black Friday promotional items are subject to stock availability.

In the unlikely event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you via email to arrange a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Any remaining available items in your order will continue to be processed and dispatched as normal.

Refunds for unavailable items will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping rates and delivery conditions apply unless otherwise advertised.

Due to increased order volumes during our Black Friday Sale, order processing and dispatch may take longer than usual.

Please allow additional time for your order to be packed and dispatched. Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by peak-season demand.

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

7. Pricing, Discounts & Promotions 

  • Discount stacking is not permitted. Black Friday discounts cannot be combined with welcome discounts, other promotional codes or additional offers unless expressly stated.

  • The Black Friday Sale offers 20% OFF eligible products during the promotional period.

  • Our usual welcome discount will be temporarily disabled for the duration of the Black Friday Sale, as the Black Friday offer provides a greater discount.

  • Only one promotional discount may be applied per eligible order.

  • Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to purchases made before or after the promotional period.

  • All prices are displayed in the applicable store currency at checkout.

  • Growme reserves the right to correct genuine pricing or promotional errors, subject to applicable consumer law.

8. General Conditions

Growme reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Black Friday promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

By placing an order during the promotional period, customers acknowledge these Black Friday terms and conditions, subject to their statutory rights.
